Return Policy
We offer store credit on all full-price items returned within 30 days of receiving your order, as long as they meet the following conditions:
+ Item(s) were purchased from the Seira Lace online store – www.seiralace.com
+ Item(s) have not been worn, washed, or damaged
+ Item(s) are in their original condition with tags attached
+ Item(s) are returned in a protective postal bag
Sale items are final sale and are not eligible for return.
The following items are not eligible for return unless deemed faulty:
+ Panties for hygiene reasons
Full-price items purchased during a promotional period or with a welcome discount code are eligible for return for store credit.
Any shipping fees paid at the time of purchase will not be credited when processing your return.
The cost for returns is the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a tracked method of postage to ensure your item arrives to us safely.
Please allow up to 2 business days to process your return request. Once processed, you will receive your store credit within 3 business days. Store credit has no expiry and can be used at any time.
If you believe your item is faulty, please email hello@seiralace.com within 14 days of receiving your order. When reaching out, provide your order number, a clear description of the issue, and photos of the fault.
Our team will assess your request to determine whether the issue is due to a manufacturing fault or damage after delivery. If the product is confirmed to have a manufacturing fault (not general wear and tear or misuse), we will offer you a replacement, store credit, or full refund, based on your preference. We may request that the item be returned for inspection before issuing any refund or replacement. If the item is found to be faulty, return shipping costs will be reimbursed.
What’s not considered a manufacturing fault:
+ Stretched fabric or lace due to wear
+ Loose threads or slight stitching variations
+ Snags, pulls, or tears from improper handling
+ Damage caused by washing or not following care instructions
+ Bent hooks or ripped straps due to force or overuse
If the item shows signs of damage not related to a manufacturing fault, we reserve the right to deny a full refund. Return shipping costs in these cases will be the responsibility of the customer.

Please provide a clear description of the issue and you will need to attach photos of the incorrect item(s). Your return will then be reviewed by our team. Once approved, we will replace the item(s) or provide a store credit or full refund where a replacement is not available.
Please allow up to 2 working days for your return to be reviewed.
If your order is returned to sender, a shipping fee of AU$8 will be required to re-ship all orders within Australia. For international orders, a shipping fee of AU$14 will be required to re-ship all orders to your country.
